Penis Enlargement Surgery

Penis enlargement surgery cannot increase your penis size by more than about an inch (only ONE inch!!!). The procedure work as follows:

One technique involves severing the ligaments that hold the penis in its normal position and this basically allows the penis to descend. You should then use weights for a few months after the operation to increase the size of your penis. This can, however, result in scar tissue that will reduce the overall gain in length. AND your erection will point down, and your penis will have a hairy base!

Another common technique used is the dermal implant. Girth and length can be increased by transplanting fat cells from other parts of the body to your penis. As this cannot be done for the head of the penis, the result will be an odd looking penis...

This type of surgery will set you back only about $4000, but can go as high as a whopping $17000!!!!! Ouch (literally and figuratively!)

Possible complications

Just like any surgery, there are of course risks...

Chances are very high that you will NOT be entirely satisfied with the whole endeavor.
Anxiety may detract from the pleasure or fantasy of a bigger penis.
And of course, during surgery lots can go wrong, like infections and tissue and nerve damage.
